Creating a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported.

Does life feel overwhelming? Do you have difficulty connecting and maintaining relationships? Are you constantly struggling to feel heard? We can work together to overcome challenges and navigate life, no matter the stage you are in. I have an interest in doing couples and family therapy.

I aim to create a safe space where you feel comfortable grappling with the uncertainty, pain, and challenges that life presents you with. We will work together at a pace and with the tools tailored to your individual life and family. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult but I strive to create a comfortable space where you can bring your authentic self into therapy. There is no judgment or “correct” answers. I make room for all identities, ideas, and ideologies.

I bring compassion and empathy into the space to be a listening ear. We can talk about anything and everything, with transparency and honesty. I bring my whole, authentic self with me and I invite you to bring yours. We can work together to better your life today. Schedule a consultation today.

MODALITIES

  • CBT focuses on reframing negative thought patterns and changing behaviors to improve mental health.

  • Prioritizing the individual needs and experiences of each client.

Sessions with me are…

Warm and open.

I strive to create an environment that you feel safe in. I welcome discussions about anything in your life, so we can have real conversations and tackle issues together. I want to spend time looking at all the parts of you so we can better your life.

My background

After graduating with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I entered the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Marquette University to obtain my Master’s degree. I am currently in my first year of the program.

I have a background in clinical research working on studies in ADHD and precision medicine through of the University of Wisconsin. I also have experience as a crisis counselor for the Trevor Project with LGBTQ+ youth.

In my free time, I love to play water polo and get in the pool whenever possible. I also love to bake, play board games, and puzzling. I love a cozy night in or hanging out with friends.
