2025 Fee for Service/Out of Pocket Rates*

• 15 minute initial phone consultation – no charge

• 53-60 minute intake with an Intern – $120

• 30-55 minutes therapy session with an Intern – $100

• 45-60 minute intake with a Licensed Therapist – $250

• 30-55 minute session with a Licensed Therapist – $210

• 53-60 minute session for Couples Counseling - $250

• Intensive Therapy - $275/hour, nonrefundable deposit required/intensive day - Learn more here

• Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)- $275/hour for dosing sessions

• 50-60 minute comprehensive care session with schools, psychiatry, etc. – $250 ($350 if travel is required)

• Court communication, documentation, travel, or paperwork - $150/15 minute increment with a minimum of 15 minutes billed

• Late Cancel/No Show Fee - $100

We also take insurance, and may be able to offer sliding scale options.

Effective 1/1/23

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. Reflections currently takes the following insurances (individual therapist differences may occur):

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Online payments are made through our EHR.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 business hours beforehand (ex. Monday sessions must be canceled by Thursday). Otherwise, you may be charged for a late cancel/no show rate of $100. This is not covered by insurance.
