Has life felt heavy lately? Do you feel unsure about what your next steps are, or where to turn for support? I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of life, no matter what stage of life you may be in, through therapeutic support and compassionate care.

I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and begin their healing journey. Whether its managing anxiety, overcoming depression, or addressing the impact of family trauma, I work collaboratively with clients of all ages to build resilience, emotional well-being, and coping strategies tailored to their unique experiences.

Through a trauma-informed approach, I strive to foster trust, empowerment, and personal growth in individuals as they navigate life's challenges. Schedule a consultation today to see if we are a good fit.

Sessions with me are…

On your own terms.

I strive for trusting and comfortable relationships with clients and want to make sure that you feel safe and supported before we get into the difficult stuff.

My background

I received my Bachelor's in Psychology from UW Madison. With my internship here at Reflections, I am working towards completing my Master's of Science in Education with an emphasis on clinical mental health from UW Superior. Before coming to Reflections, I worked as a behavioral therapist providing services to children on the autism spectrum. I taught emotional regulation, social skills, and behavior management through play with these children. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. Most nights you will catch me engaging in some combination of these - going on a walk with my husband and our dog or burying my nose in a book.
